Tofu cheese Balls

Ingredients
(2 servings)
300 g silken tofu
60 g quick oats (or oat flour)
20 g cornstarch
25 g grated cheese (parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella — whatever you have)
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil (for brushing/spraying)
Optional:
Chili flakes
Paprika
Fresh herbs on top after cooking

Instructions
1. Make the mixture
Drain tofu gently.
Mash tofu in a bowl.
Add oats, cornstarch, cheese, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix until combined.
2. Let it thicken
Let the mixture sit 10 minutes so the oats absorb moisture.
Texture should be:
thick
sticky
scoopable
able to roughly hold shape
If too wet:
add 1–2 tbsp more oats
3. Shape
Wet or lightly oil your hands.
Form small balls or scoop rough mounds.
(Silken tofu stays soft — perfection is not required.)
4. Air fry
Place on parchment paper.
Lightly brush/spray oil on top.
Air fry at 190°C for 12–15 minutes.
Optional:
Add a little extra cheese on top during the last 2 minutes.
