Roasted Chickpeas
A simple fast high protein snack

•2 cans (15oz each) Chickpeas, canned
•2 tbsp Olive oil
•1 tsp Smoked paprika
•1 tsp Garlic powder
•1/2 tsp Cumin
•3/4 tsp Sea salt
•1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drain and thoroughly rinse the chickpeas. Pat them completely dry with a clean kitchen towel (this is crucial for crunchiness).

Spread the dried chickpeas on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.

In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over the chickpeas and toss again.

Return to the oven and roast for another 15-20 minutes until crispy, shaking the pan halfway through.
