  • 150 g or 2 cups Broccoli
  • 30 g or 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 20 g or 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 15 ml or 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.

  2. Stir fry broccoli and garlic in sesame oil.

  3. Add edamame.

  4. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and peanut butter.

  5. Add noodles and sauce.

  6. Push noodles aside and scramble eggs in pan.

  7. Mix everything together and serve.
