Parsley

Instructions
Sauté onion, garlic, and capsicum.
Add tomatoes and beans.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add halloumi cubes.
Create small wells and crack eggs into pan.
Cover and cook until eggs set.
Top with parsley.
