  • 30g or 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 20 ml or 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rice.

  2. Press and cube tofu.

  3. Pan fry tofu until crispy.

  4. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and a splash of water.

  5. Assemble bowls with rice, tofu, vegetables, and edamame.

  6. Drizzle sauce over top.
