Instructions
Cook rice.
Press and cube tofu.
Pan fry tofu until crispy.
Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and a splash of water.
Assemble bowls with rice, tofu, vegetables, and edamame.
Drizzle sauce over top.
